How do I set up my CyberSmart integration?

This help article outlines the steps required to connect Adoptech to CyberSmart and what the integration does.

What does the integration with CyberSmart do?

The CyberSmart API provides the list of devices set up for your organisation in CyberSmart's Active Protect and their control status.

Users' training status is currently not available.  CyberSmart are working to enable this.

What do I need to get started?

Before setting up the integration, ensure that the spelling of the company name in Adoptech and CyberSmart is exactly the same.

How do I configure CyberSmart?

There is no configuration required in CyberSmart.

How do I configure Adoptech?

Once you have ensured the names are the spelled same:

1. Select Apps and Integrations page from the LHS menu
    
2. Find the CyberSmart tile and click on Connect
   
3. The devices within CyberSmart's Active Protect and their control status will be automatically integrated and visible on the Devices page in Adoptech.
