A quick guide on enabling automated tests.
Select Checks from the left hand side menu:
Reminder: control checks are the tasks performed to ensure compliance with a control.
Select the Check you wish to review and the check details will open on the right hand side:
Automated tests have this symbol next to them:
Select the automated test to view. In the above example "Physical Security Policy Live"
Switch the test from Off:
to On:
Run single test:
The test will now run and results will be shown.
If successful, the test status, control check and control status will be updated.
If it fails, select View Test Log to investigate the cause:
Further details on the test will be shown, in this case, the Physical Security Policy is not live so the test is failing.
